DAMAGED ITEMS
All product is handmade and inspected before shipping. However in the rare case of a manufacturer's defect we suggest you to inspect your order for damages or defects upon arrival. If you receive any product that requires replacement due only to manufacturing defect you must submit notice of your replacement request within 36 hours of receiving your shipment; please include your name, order number and description of the defective merchandise. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for identical items only; no refunds will be given. Defective merchandise returned for exchange must be received by within 10 days of receipt of original shipment. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials in the condition you received it. Replacement merchandise currently in stock will be ship within 5 business days from the day the returned merchandise is received.
All shipping charges are not refundable and any shipping charges on any exchanged product is the responsibility of the buyer. No Returns. Please purchase with confidence.
